GapRx 340B Consultants
Built From Real Pharmacy Operations & 340B Experience
Purnank Gandhi, PharmD founded GapRx 340B Consultants in April 2019 after years of working directly in pharmacy operations and 340B program management. A graduate of Rutgers University – Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, he brings experience across pharmacy operations, FQHC pharmacy leadership, 340B compliance, program optimization, and data-driven oversight.
His 340B experience began in 2013 as Pharmacy Director at an FQHC, where he saw firsthand how the 340B program could generate meaningful savings and expand patient access — but only when supported by strong processes, continuous oversight, and reliable analytics.
GapRx was created to provide covered entities with a more comprehensive support model — helping organizations manage growing 340B complexity without placing the entire operational burden on already stretched internal leadership teams.
Bridging the Gap Between 340B Potential & Real-World Execution
Many covered entities have strong 340B opportunities but limited internal bandwidth, fragmented reporting, vendor complexity, manufacturer requirements, and competing operational priorities. GapRx helps bring those pieces together through structured oversight, analytics, and hands-on program support.
Deep 340B Pharmacy Experience
GapRx was built from hands-on experience in FQHC pharmacy leadership, in-house pharmacy operations, contract pharmacy oversight, and day-to-day 340B program management.
Compliance & Optimization Together
We help covered entities pursue stronger program performance while protecting integrity through internal controls, claims review, documentation, audit readiness, and structured oversight.
Data-Driven Program Oversight
Our analytics-focused approach helps organizations understand pharmacy performance, capture gaps, savings trends, vendor issues, reimbursement changes, and operational opportunities.
Support for a Changing 340B Landscape
As manufacturer restrictions, 340B ESP requirements, rebate workflows, and other program complexities evolve, GapRx helps covered entities adapt with clearer processes and better visibility.
